Bogar AI is an AI-powered clarity tool that transforms confused thoughts into clear, actionable insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide brief, focused responses to help users gain mental clarity.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

• Seeker (Free): 5 transformations per day
• Alchemist ($12/month): Unlimited transformations, multiple tones, history
• Sage ($19/month): All Alchemist features plus voice playback, deep insight mode

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime without penalty.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights

7. AI-Generated Content

The responses provided by Bogar AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bogar AI. You retain ownership of the thoughts you submit, and we claim no ownership over your input or the generated responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bogar AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
